10 months agoI had the kitchen floor, Laundry room with new flooring put in... I had an outside camera that was not attached to the house but lying down in the backyard that I still had access to when they realize that it was still functional one of the workers kicked it away from the house.. They move furniture outside of the house in the backyard. Left my door open all day upon finishing the job. I went inside the house. They had put things everywhere... I made sure I called from work to ask can you make sure you bring anything and everything that you took outside inside the house because the weather was changing and Raining.. Come home from work, my trashcan, my microwave, and the stand my kitchen chairs And a few other essentials from the laundry room are outside ruined and wet.. The floor looks amazing.. They also left their drinks and food containers inside the house.. update...yesterday after seeing my review I got a call from the manager while at work .. She basically said that her guys did not take things outside the house and leave them to be ruined by the rain. She then implied that i wasn't telling the truth. I let her know I have them on camera , then she said can you send it to me "So I am talk to them'" not replace expensive items or even apologize..After receiving footage I had to subscribe and pay for to send to her . Her response was I do t k is why they did that. Never apologized or offered any resolution to the matter.. surely they could have put plastic down so I wouldn't have to clean everything including the carpet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. -

1 year agoWe wanted flooring in 2 of our bedrooms to match the rest of the house and we were referred by the builder to Hayes Flooring. They came out and took measurements and a week later we received an emailed quote which was very detailed. We agreed and they ordered the flooring. It came in really quick and they were able to get us on the schedule within a couple days. On start day they were prompt and started working. Throughout the 2 day job, they were professional, kind, answered all our questions, but more importantly they did an amazing job. Everything is lined up perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better job. We definitely will use them in the future for home improvements and will definitely refer them to family and friends. Thank you so much Hayes Flooring for the wonderful, painless improvement. Our floors look amazing. Hayes Flooring definitely earned a 5 star rating. The Wilhite family. -

2 years agoI was very pleased with how friendly the staff were when we went for a quote. We were there in person, picked out the carpet, and scheduled the installation. Installation day comes, but no one shows up. Left a voicemail but have yet to get a response, and it's been two days. Thankful I didn't put a deposit down.. -
