2 months agoFloor looks amazing. There was a scheduling issue and communication issue. The date was promised via word of mouth (but never transferred to the contract) and told I'd be notified if anything changed. Needless to say I missed 11/2 days of work waiting for the crew to show up. When I called, they assured me the VP would call to resolve the issue. It's been 17 days (and counting) so far and haven't had any kind of follow-up. Pleased with the work, extremely disappointed with the communication.
