The employees are amazing! So knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store has the most phenomenal selection of beautiful tiles. I will definitely shop with them for my tile needs. 6 months agoNot only a great selection of tile, but the absolute kindest people!! I stopped in simply to browse, but then got in my car and it wouldn't start. It was 115 degrees outside, and this was after closing time. Natalie and the staff stayed late and made sure I was taken care of with cold water and air conditioning while I waited for my husband and AAA. Natalie went the extra mile, and I promised her... Villagio is now the ONLY place I'll go for my tiling needs! Thanks to all the staff for the great service, sweet tile samples, and for saving my life. Literally! -

10 months agoGreat selection, helpful personnel. Natalie was incredibly insightful and helpful in working with me to select tile for our kitchen remodel 2 years ago. I found reasonably priced tile for our backsplash and some really beautiful tile for behind our stove as a focal point. I returned this year for our bathroom remodel and was once again wowed by the service and selection. Highly recommend.
