2 months agoDave and James were the best! Had a hard time sourcing a specific tile for a home built 10 yrs ago. They were the only place in AZ I could find that had a replacement tile. The manufacturer switched plants so the tile wasn't an exact match but I was told upfront and given a sample to take home to match. With some good staggering into existing floor it worked out great. I greatly appreciate how helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable these guys are. -

3 months agoNeeded 2 pieces of tile to finish my kitchen floor. I called 2 vendors that were close to my house to see if they had the same tile in stock. Both said it could be ordered and it would take 2 weeks. Called Kennedy. They had a box of my tile on hand and for a great price. Nice showroom also if you're in the North part of Phoenix. -

I live in Missouri and found a great price on a product they had in stock online - they were awesome to work with from start to finish providing great customer service. They were available any time I called or messaged them and went above and beyond especially when it came to the shipping coordination. It's hard to find companies like this anymore that truly put the customer first. I had a large shipment of tile for my entire basement and they made everything easy. I would recommend them to everyone!
