2 years agoWe hired Timeless Flooring 2 years ago to tile our front porch and back patio and was very pleased with the excellent job that was done so there was no question who to hire when we had a broken water line that flooded our house this summer and needed to have the whole house repaired, tile, baseboards, painting, kitchen cupboards, and countertops. Valentino made a lot of stress disappear with his knowledge, dedication to detail, and commitment to his customers. I have worked with many contractors in the past and would rate Valentino as one of the very best and would recommend him with confidence. -

They also recently completed an installation for my friends rental and it too went perfectly. Their staff and installers take care and time to listen and address concerns with kindness. They knocked it out of the ballpark. -

4 years agoFirst install was Vinyl planks 3/2020. Installers were sloppy. Damaged walls, damaged existing bathroom tile, removed entry door thresholds and did not replace them. came back to replace those and used silicone calk to attach it, which failed within a month. When removing existing tile, they removed enough of the tile in the front half of the cabinets so they eventually pulled from the wall, tipped forward and the drawers would not stay shut. Within months the flooring failed. Corners popped up throughout the house. 2 independent inspectors determined the planks were set to tight, no room for expansion. Valentino promised to make it right and we agreed on tile to be done Fall of 2020. Second set of installers weren't any better, they were sloppy as well. Everyday drink cups and personal items left through out the house. Big pile of debris left in the front of the house the entire time. When they left, the pile was poorly cleaned up. Found a rusty worn out blade from a knife in the front yard, rocks in front permanently stained with grout. Tile poorly laid, areas where tiles aren't level, drops of grout or thin set permanently adhered to the top of tile. One inch cuts of tile on the perimeters through out the house. Grout splattered up on walls baseboards and doors that was never cleaned up. Holes in the grout through out the house, baseboards pulled a way from the walls in areas, and not reattached, just left hanging. Valentino is a charming salesman, but he does not do the work, and I am not convinced he even knows how to. It is going to cost me over $4000 for all the issues he left to be fixed.
