  My wife and I had an awesome experience from start to finish. We have 4 dogs and a cat who tore up the carpet when they were puppies. Now since they are older we wanted something that brighten up the space but still dog friendly. They helped us pick out the perfect samples. Love that they moved all the heavy furniture we just have to remove anything on top. They laid the carpet quick and made sure to clean up afterwards. We have ZERO complaints. Definitely will do business with them again.

  Just had our floors done by this company and 100% will be recommending! The team that was sent out was very professional and worked quickly. They kept us updated and I have zero complaints. All my flooring was laid perfectly, efficiently, and you can tell the team cares about what they're doing. The price was also the best we received after getting quotes from other companies!

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Vision Flooring, where we purchased our luxury vinyl flooring. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Josh made the purchasing process go very smoothly. He professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. Follow up with Jennifer was just as positive. For the installation, I highly recommend Webster Flooring Installation. Kiley and his son were absolutely phenomenal. They actually started earlier than scheduled (after asking permission, of course), and I was more than happy to say yes because I was so excited to get my floors done. They arrived on time every single day, worked efficiently, and always cleaned up after themselves. The craftsmanship is outstanding-my floors are absolutely beautiful, and I can't get enough of them. The attention to detail and pride in their work really shows. By the end of the project, I was so impressed that I hugged Kiley-his knowledge and expertise were incredible, which makes perfect sense given his 33 years of experience. I truly cannot say enough good things about Vision Flooring and Webster Flooring Installation. I highly recommend them both without hesitation!

  Absolutely do not recommend. Their team is very disorganized, and the customer service has been a hassle from the very start. I came into the showroom after Christmas to purchase a piece of carpeting that was bound around the edges for my living room. I was told that the selection I made would be offered at a steep discount because it was a special order for one account that no longer needed it -- they were going to donate the rest anyway. In comparing prices for the size that I ordered, the discount I received was 30% at best. Further, I was told that the rug would be finished in about 2 weeks' time because of the holiday. No one communicated with me for any status update, and around the 2.5 week mark I had to call to ask where my rug was. No one had an answer, they didn't even have my paperwork according to the person on the phone at the time. Each time I called, it was a huge hassle to get someone to understand the details of my order. Additionally, I was always put on hold and then told that someone else would have to answer my question, and that person(s) was never in the office. Never received a timely callback, and would often have to call back myself for follow up. After almost 4 weeks, I called again with persistence to see where my rug was, and was finally told that it was ready. A delivery window was scheduled, but the delivery person never showed within the time. Again, I had to call to see where he was, because no one proactively reached out to keep me informed. It took me calling no less than 6 times over 4 weeks to get a simple 10ft by 12 ft rug delivered, and each time it was about a half an hour of hassle to inform someone what the details were from the very beginning. This company does not have their operations methods together - go with another company who can communicate efficiently to complete a simple project like binding a rug and delivering it by keeping their word. They don't even care to make it right for customers -- check out how much time they spend on validating people that they've asked to give them positive reviews, and then how they strategically ignore the honest reviews showing how easily they drop you once you've paid.
