3 months agoWorked with Vanessa to have our living room carpet replaced. Vanessa showed up as scheduled, did a great job evaluating our needs and the placed the order. The carpet technician arrived as planned and got the job done ahead of schedule. Great communications during the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to use RM Interiors for any future needs. -

7 months agoDO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They were not honest about the colors they had when matching my existing floor. They showed up and began installing LVP ,totally wrong color. I stopped them and asked for the correct color. No one spoke English who came to my house, attempted to call the business only to get no answer just voicemail. Workers packed up and left without letting me know what was going on. My furniture was just sitting outside. Workers were so slow even during the partial installation, sitting on their phones. My floors are still not finished as I am writing this review hours after they left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Save yourself the frustration and use another company. -
