2 months agoThis company is irresponsible and misleading. They charged me MORE than what was originally advertised, with zero clear explanation. That alone is unacceptable. But it gets worse ? after their so-called ?cleaning,? my sofas looked even dirtier than before. Literally no improvement. It felt like they barely did anything. Waste of money, waste of time, and zero accountability. I regret using their service and absolutely do NOT recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere -

8 months agoSun Valley cleaned ducts and dryer ducts. The cleaning was acceptable, however, to protect pictures on the wall, they removed them but didn't put them back. They left a soda bottle in the kitchen and some debris from the cleaning was not picked up in some of the rooms. Photo evidence was stated to be given, and after the HVAC coils were cleaned, a before and after photo was shown. They were competitive in price and the finished product was acceptable. -

9 months agoHorrible experience the person that provided the services he said we needed yo upgrade the service because we wanted just the regular service and we did upgrade the service but carpets still look horrible he said he was going to remove the stains and it pretty much look the same plus he was very demanding asking us for a check (money) before starting the service and he left my floor all wet from his machine very bad service I was very disappointed. I am attaching the pictures for your review service was awful
