2 years agoLet me start by saying that I was a little nervous to start the process of hiring a cleaning service. I'd never done it before, I had no idea what to expect- and I was on a budget. But Apex relieved all of those worries from the start. Came out for an initial consult and cleaned my area rug, it was thrifted, and it looked several shades brighter after they were done. He proceeded to give me a very reasonable quote for my tile floor (I live in an apartment, and the grout- no matter how much I mopped and scrubbed, was never clean. We just wore shoes inside because our socks and feet would get so dirty.) They came this past Saturday with a team and had my whole place (and my couch!) done within the hour. And let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. You can visibly see the difference. I can walk around with socks or bare feet; it just feels clean. And the couch all around feels better to sit on and smells great. I am truly happy with the results and will absolutely be calling them again for my chairs, rugs, and tile. 10/10, I absolutely recommend them to anyone. (Tip: Pay in cash! Made everything easy to handle!) -
