3 weeks agoWe purchased our generator from WA Generators over eight years ago and have never regretted it. Although it has to kick on infrequently, when it does we are ever so grateful. The seamlessness with which it comes on when the power goes out is fantastic. After the initial five year warranty, which included annual service, we opted to extend the service contract an additional three year because the annual service is very thorough, professionally done and helps insure the generator is functioning properly. The service included maintenance items such as oil changes, filter cleaning or changing, etc. thus insuring the generators longevity.. We just re-upped for another three years of service. -

1 month agoWashington Generators sold me a Generac 10 kw partial home outdoor automatic generator, transfer switch, and took care of all aspects of installation. They came in WAY under price compared to another competitor, and offered financing through a big financing company called Synchrony. Office personnel and sales rep was very helpful and responsive/friendly. Estimate was very detailed and easy to understand. Day of installation the guys were here 10 minutes early (which for me is on time), and in freezing temps, heavy rain which then turned to snow, with gutters overflowing from rain and snowmelt off the roof (I was able to fix that, but they never complained), they troopered on and got everything installed nice and neat, and most importantly, operating like a kitten. Their lead Tim knew his stuff, and made sure to spend a little extra time sorting out both the main circuit breaker panel, and new Generac panel with accurate labeling and clean wire placement. The guys were friendly, respectful of my house, and communicated very well. I highly recommend Washington Generators and hope my Generac lasts for many years. I cannot honestly speak to the quality of the unit itself (other than many good reviews online), since it's only just been installed and we haven't needed it's services yet during a power outage. But it was tested thoroughly, and works as advertised per tests. -
