4 months agoAsked these guys for a quote for a duradek on our balcony. What a joke. I told them the dimensions and it took them 20 days to write me a quote with a few lines on it for over $8500. Yeah, that works out to $39.45 a square foot to lay down vinyl. LOL. I went to a Dec-Tec retailer and they told me how easy it was, which is why these guys get their 1-star review. TLDR: slow to respond and ridiculously overpriced. Review Follow up: I did buy the Dec-tec material and even spent $200 for the special heat gun and tools on Amazon. The results speak for themselves. It turned out stunning. Total cost: $2400 plus I owe a buddy a days time on his place. -

7 years agoI shopped all the big stores and did my homework. FREE INSTALLATION is what they offer, right? Well after doing my homework I found I was able to get a better quality carpet, a better pad and pay for the installation for about $400 cheaper than the big box store. The carpet is amazing! It's been 3 years and it still looks and feels brand new. If your shopping for carpet, call Mike at Floormart! -

FAQ
How does Spokane Floormart Inc determine pricing for carpet installation or provide estimates?
We base pricing on precise measurements of your space, the type of carpet and padding selected, surface preparation needs, and any custom cutting or seaming required. Quotes are prepared after reviewing your dimensions and project details to ensure accuracy for homes and businesses. This approach accounts for materials, labor, and on-site work to deliver a complete cost upfront.
Are you licensed and insured for flooring work?
Spokane Floormart Inc carries the necessary licensing and insurance to protect your property during carpet and flooring installations. Our team uses professional tools and follows industry standards for safe, on-site work. Homeowners can request verification of our credentials before scheduling.
Does Spokane Floormart Inc handle all types of flooring installations beyond just carpet?
We manage carpet contracting along with all types of flooring installations for residential and commercial spaces. Our process includes measuring, cutting, surface prepping, and precise seam finishing to fit any area perfectly. Photos of our completed projects show patterned carpets in large rooms and commercial settings as examples of our scope.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing a flooring project?
We schedule on-site visits promptly after receiving your dimensions and project details to measure and prepare a quote. Installation follows once materials are ready, with our crew completing the job efficiently using on-site tools for lasting results. Timelines vary by project size, but we aim to minimize disruption while ensuring quality.
What does Spokane Floormart Inc do with debris and cleanup after installation?
We handle the removal of old flooring materials generated during prep and installation. Our crew leaves your space clean by vacuuming thoroughly and disposing of waste properly. This ensures your home or business is ready for immediate use once the new flooring is laid.
Why is hiring you for carpet installation safer and better than doing it as a DIY project?
Our professional approach involves expert measuring, cutting, and seaming tailored to your floors, avoiding common DIY errors like uneven fits or visible seams. We prep surfaces properly to prevent future issues such as buckling or wear, using specialized tools unavailable to most homeowners. This results in durable installations that withstand daily use without the risks of injury or costly mistakes from inexperience.
