What originally started as a simple crawlspace dry-out quickly turned into a much larger water damage cleanup project. Johnathan took this project head-on with professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to think ahead at every step. He clearly explained the process, coordinated the work efficiently, and made sure the crawlspace was properly dried so we could move forward with repairs. 2 months agoSadly, in 2025 I became the executor of a relative's estate. I consider trying to sell the home a serious responsibility. The house is old and the relative had built it themselves. The carpets had years of dirt, build-up, and pet stains that had never been addressed - in decades! I was trying to sell the house as is, but we weren't getting any interest - I think part of it was the appearance and smell of the carpets. So I called Jon at Mountain View Carpet Care. He responded quickly and I was scheduled for an estimate right away. I was given a very competitive price on cleaning the entire house plus stretching in some areas. Again, scheduling the actual cleaning was quick and easy. Jon came out and spent the better part of a day cleaning and stretching. He explained what processes would be best and gave us tips on how to keep stains and odors from reappearing. He was very thorough and we followed his advice. The carpets look great. Some of the pet odors came through at first, but it has been several weeks now and I can't smell anything when I go over to check on the place. That's amazing to me! And now we are getting interest in the house. So I know it absolutely made a difference. Thank you so much Jon! I definitely recommend this company.
