4 years agoI own a rug doctor carpet cleaner that was unable to remove some pet stains and oil stains. Carlos from Baymist cleaners was able to remove all the stains. Professional service, even cleaned garage floor so newly cleaned carpets would stay clean. The downstairs sectional couch he cleaned looks like new. Highly recommend. -

4 years agoCarlos and his wife were very professional and also, added bonus, quite personable. My carpet was disgusting. After an hour of work, with the occasional socially distanced chatting - he is very friendly, my carpet looks fantastic. It was clear Carlos takes pride in his work, and he wanted me to be satisficed with the results. I am! The cost of the cleaning was given upfront over the phone without any attempts to upsell once he got to my apartment, which is often the case with carpet cleaning. Oh! Carlos also cleaned my floorboards! Incredible service. -
