3 years agoWonderful service and finished product! We got an estimate from Bill Etheridge at Apple Floor one year ago but instead picked a competitor (timing and pricing). Boy, was that a mistake! The other company made so many mistakes, our floors looked like two different finishes, with many patches and irregular spots. We called him back in desperation, he fitted us in between jobs after Thanksgiving, no less! He fixed their mistakes and left us with beautiful floors! He was courteous, on time, very professional and knowledgeable. We could not be happier! You cannot go wrong with Bill and Apple Floor Solutions! -

3 years agoIf you need your floors done look no further! I had three bedrooms and an adjacent hallway refinished and Bill's quality of work is just superb. My hardwood floors went from rundown and scratchy to flawless and beautiful. He sanded multiple times (leaving zero dust behind) and coated the floors twice. Bill's friendly, easy to work with, respectful, and from the get-go had my best interest at heart. All the work took about five days, taking into account the amount of work required it was very fast. The price was fair and he was willing to adjust it to my comfort. In a different house, I had a similar job done with another company and they did an awful awful job. Billy's work is worth every dollar and then some. I will be using his services in the future and highly recommend Apple Floor Solutions.
