1 month agoWonderful, wonderful shopping experience that cannot be replicated! Buying a Persian rug is best to do in person so that you can see it from different angles and different lighting. It's difficult to describe how much the shopping experience is elevated by the kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable people in this gallery. From browsing to purchasing, such an amazing experience! I'm a discerning shopper and they are truly masters of their craft. From the regions, designs, materials, colors, etc.-in an age where the word salesmanship has been maligned and relegated to obscurity, everyone at J&J make salesmanship an art form. -

1 month agoAbsolutely terrible experience. BEWARE. We purchased a rug that we thought was hand-knotted. (It was labeled "Very Fine Gabbeh.) Two days later, noticing a few pieces of yarn had come out, we realized that it was a tufted rug. We felt that we had been misled (the original price far exceeded the value of any tufted rug and there wasn't backing or glue). So, having purchased a very expensive rug there before, we reached out to J&J about the issue. They offered us an exchange. When we said that we'd prefer a refund, they were incredibly rude and revoked their exchange offer. They claimed that our receipt says no refunds, exchanges, etc. We sent them a picture showing that the receipt did not, so they ghosted us. Just terrible customer service. And from our perspective, they seem happy to rip off customers, including repeat customers. -

5 months agoIf you want an authentic, beautiful, unique rug for your home, and expert advice on which on to choose, this is the place to go!!! It is a family business and the owners really know their stuff. They have a huge warehouse of handmade rugs in every color and size and apparently can even custom make one for you. Prices vary and this is definitely more of an upscale place, but I have multiple rugs from them and you can tell they are good quality and will last a long time. They also offer rug cleaning and repairs . I used them after trying to clean my rug with a machine myself ..: let's just say my machine basically did nothing compared to the cleaning they offered. They also sell pads to go under rugs. And best part of the whole shopping experience is when they bring out the Persian tea!! Overall highly recommend! -

Plus the owner, Joshua, and their Manager is really helpful in getting you the "perfect" rug for your space. I really recommend this rug store. 10/10 service!!!
