Their product and installation expertise sell itself. Scheduling was seamless, communication was exemplary during every phase of our project. The installation crew was timely, polite, neat and professional. They showed up on time each day, worked very diligently, cleaned up at the end of each workday, and kept us apprised of the steps and progress being made during the removal of our home's 25 year old hardwood and replacement with Mohawk laminate product. i could not be happier with the end results in our home. If you want a professional and stress free experience, Floors to Go is your answer.This is our second home renovation with this company. A+++ -

3 months agoWe could not be happier with our decision to go with Floors To Go for new flooring throughout! Logan was an absolute joy to work with. He was very patient as we tried to make our decision. Delivery of product was on time and smooth. I miss having Kenny and Angelo at the house every day. They were actually fun to have around, and were very hard workers. They kept us informed with every problem they found (and there were a lot, whew!) and were always upbeat about it. They never complained about the extra work, not once. Our new floors look amazing and we love showing them off! This experience was night and day from our last. We will recommend Floors To Go to everyone! -

5 months agoWe had a wonderful experience with Floors to Go from showroom to the final day of install. Logan was an excellent representative, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful from introduction to coming out to take measurements, to keeping us updated on scheduling and materials. The materials delivery went smoothly and on time. The fellows were efficient and polite and answered questions easily. It was a large job, requiring a 2 week time frame as we were having flooring Installed throughout the house. Kenny and Angelo arrived on time and worked diligently each day. They were professional, helpful and friendly and went above and beyond in all things. What could have been a trying experience for a retired couple was pleasant and easy to live through. I definitely recommend Floors to Go to all of those who need new flooring or carpet. Thanks to all of you for your courtesy, helpfulness, professional attention to detail, and the friendly atmosphere that transcended the entire experience. -
