2 months agoBrian is very professional and was very patient with us. We had him clean a 30+ year old carpet, and were very nervous that the steam would damage the adhesive under the carpet. He reduced the temperature a little bit for us and was very careful and the job turned out great. -

1 year agoBrian came today and did a wonderful job! My wife is so happy she found a thorough, professional and reliable carpet cleaning company. The price was more than fair and he took his time. In the past we used a well known national company with steadily less than satisfactory results. The national company would be done in a hour hour to 45 minutes, Brian spent a hour and a half pretreating, steaming cleaning and spot cleaning. He spent time answering my wife's questions and explaining everything, he even provided booties to walk on the wet carpet without transferring dirt. We will definitely use American Steam Clean in the future! -
