10 years agoTHERE WERE TWO SERVICE MEN THAT ARRIVED. THEY CALLED 25 MINUTES BEFORE ARRIVING IN THE FRONT END OF THE 3 HOUR WINDOW I WAS GIVEN. THEY WALKED THROUGH MY HOUSE W/ ME AND LOOKED AT ALL OF THE AREAS I NEEDED TO BE TREATED AND THEN THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND WHAT I COULD EXPECT. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. THE HOUSE LOOKS AND SMELLS AMAZING AND MY CARPETS AND SOFAS LOOK NEW AGAIN. GREAT JOB!!! -

11 years agoI was provided with a detailed cost estimate and various cleaning options to consider. The overall price was comparable to other cleaning companies. I did, however, preferred the personal approach offered by this company and was very pleased with quality of service and with how quickly the carpets dried. I have scheduled a reoccurring cleaning program for February 2016. -
