3 weeks agoMeh for customer interaction. The day I went to pick up the rugs it was met with "when are you going to be here". Our eta was prior to them closing and we unfortunately got stuck behind an accident. Regardless, though my amazing navigation and skillful lane maneuvering, we got there right at 4:59pm. I got out of the car and saw the tech walking out of the door, I said hi, how are you as I was going to the office to pay them. His response was "trying to go home". It was such an entitled and abrasive means of interacting, I don't think in good conscious that I'd go here again. Things happen, and I was coming from literally an hour away (Livonia to Sterling Heights) in bad weather. I don't expect to be greeted and interacted with in that manner over something that a) I don't control and b) it didn't affect him from leaving anyway, as I arrived at the very end of the business day but not over. Still have not used the rugs yet so hopefully they are clean as advertised. But the interaction was not to be desired.
