3 years agoI reached out to Magic Clean Plus at the recommendation of a friend when I wanted to clean the carpet on the home my husband and I closed on. David was very responsive to my call and was incredibly easy to work with, especially when I had to reschedule twice due to the previous owners changing their timeline. David actually came ahead of our scheduled time and did a great job. We had gone in and painted a couple days before and he was even able to remove the paint from our carpet!! I love that they use natural cleaners and my home is smelling of oranges instead of harsh chemicals. -

3 years agoWe have had Dave at magic clean plus come to our house twice a year now for so many years I can't remember. Each time I think, "there's no way he's gonna get these stains out." Wrong. It's like we have a new house again. Magic doesn't even begin to describe it. Not to mention how friendly and awesome Dave is. We really appreciate you all and will keep coming back! Our two kids and two dogs guarantee it. Those darn buggers! -

4 years agoDave responded immediately to my initial phone call and was able to schedule a carpet cleaning within the week. He arrived on time and cleaned much of our house, including 2 sets of stairs. He was very patient, methodical and thorough. As I walk through my house now, I appreciate every inch of our 22 year old carpets. He was able to remove almost all of the stains, including a ten year old stain that two professional chemical cleaning companies had not been able to remove. His price was very reasonable. We will continue to use Dave at Magic Clean Plus, and will recommend him without reservation to our friends and family. -

5 years agoCarpet looks nothing like pictures advertised. The equipment is prehistoric. Carpet is still dirty. He tried to charge me extra for the stairs but had already included it in the price. I'm having it cleaned again tomorrow by a reputable company. I might as well have rented my own machine, I would of done a better job blind folded.
