6 months agoWe hired Strictly Tile and Carpet Care to clean our stairs as well as our guest room. Our guest room had previously had cats in it often and we needed to get rid of the dander/cat smell. We were blown away by how the carpet on the stairs looked good as new, and the guest room as well! My in-laws stay with us often, and are allergic to cats, and they even made a comment about how impressed they were with the outcome in the guest room! We will hire Strictly Tile and Carpet Care again in the future! -

7 months agoI filled out the online form, gave him the particulars of our rug situation, and had a quote very quickly. We made an appointment. Shane is very prompt and very easy to communicate with responded very quickly with any changes I made. My husband made them at the house Shane did a thorough job and made it look showroom pretty Spent extra time cleaning some high traffic where and dog spots. I came home from work and was absolutely floored! My carpets have never look that good! I highly recommend the service. It was an excellent value!!! much less than I anticipated Addendum: Shane & Tessa cleaned my in laws pet stained carpets and WOW!! Ancient stains were improved or totally removed! They got under all moveable furniture, and took extra time to ensure my mil was happy.. Such a GREAT value -

Removed an extremely dense animal smell from our home and couldn't be more pleased with the results! Shane was amazing and pricing was competitive! Will refer this company to everyone I know!
