7 months agoThe man in the black outfit has a temper and walked out on me when he didn't finish the job.i asked him how was he going to get all that water off my hardwood floors he said with this bath towel my floor was full of water. -

2 years agoI have been using this company for years since 2005 and it has been great. Timely, courteous, inexpensive. Called for my yearly appointment and the phone was answered by a younger gentleman (used to be an older lady). Made the appointment for 2pm and they (2 younger males) showed up at my house at 11am saying, "I know we are early but we just finished a house down the street." My daughter calls me tells me at work telling me they are at the house. I said I am not home to pay you and I still had some furniture to move and they need to come back at the scheduled time. He says, ok. Do you mind if I give you the quote. He says it will be $250, up from the estimate of $159 he told me on the phone. The $159 is what I have been paying for years with them but I do understand inflation. I come home early from work and they were a no show at 2pm. Called the main line and the workers cell phone that he called me 3-times earlier that day informing me that he was at my house early. Well no answer to this phone either. I don't know what has happened to this business. I am guessing they sold it and now look at this service. Pitiful, don't waste your time or they will do it for you. -
