3 months agoI had a great experience working with On Point Flooring on repairing and refinishing our hardwood floors after a water leak. They replaced the damaged boards, sanded and re-stained the entire floor, and the results are absolutely beautiful. When I noticed one small uneven spot, Lee immediately sent the crew back out the same day, and they fixed it so perfectly you'd never know it had been there. Their workmanship, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any hardwood repair or refinishing work. -

6 months agoOverall, we had a good experience working with Jesse and are very pleased with the final product. A few things to note in our experience though. We were almost charged extra because the wood had to be carried to the second floor of our house (where the room was located). We also were not aware that we had to leave for several days because the wood stain was so strong and permeated our whole house. And it could entirely be our own ignorance of those things if they are commonly known in the industry, but we were not aware and they are helpful to know in advance! Jesse was communicative though and easy to get a hold of, and rectified the situation. Would endorse working with him. -

7 months agoLee and his team did an excellent job replacing carpet in our upstairs bedrooms with hardwood flooring. They matched the existing hardwood floors perfectly. Communication was responsive and clear. The work was done exactly to the schedule defined. When we pointed out a bump in the flooring (caused by unevenness in the underlying structure) they quickly and without fuss redid that portion and removed the bump. We have already recommended them to some friends who are looking to redo their floors. -
