1 week agoAmazing and clean apartment complex. Ludim and Maddy are the sweetest along with the maintenance team. Pros: Clean apartments, no bugs at all. Affordable Front Office are always helpful. Cons: Parking space, if you're just coming in after 7-8 pm, you might have to park farther than usual. -

1 month agoUpstairs neighbors are absolutely insufferable making noise during quiet hours, i've had to call Raleigh's Police Department not once but twice on them and the complex management has done nothing for me, Rather than send warnings or eviction notices, it's cheaper for them to just ignore the problem because bottom line is is that they do not care about me. All they care about is the money filling the vacancies and making sure that tenants are in their boxes. I had to call Raleigh's police department twice on these people. The management has the audacity to say that it is "routine noise" The absolute disrespect. Do not live here, any complaints you have are not going to be answered. You will not be reimbursed. You will not be helped... Because it's easier for them to sit behind a keyboard and not confront you until you show up in the office, all they care about is getting their lease, signed and getting their concession bonuses and getting their pay. There is no humanity here. Do not let it fool you. Absolutely disrespectful towards me.
