11 months agoI called a couple of times on a couple of different days trying to establish contact for an estimate (4-5 calls total). I realize people are busy, but nobody ever answered. I left a message on the website - finally got an email. We emailed back and forth a few times, and finally set a date for an estimate. Nobody showed up, nobody called, nobody contacted me. Not someone I want to do business with. -

2 years agoCalled them as they are the only Tesla certified electricians in the area. The quote they gave me seemed very high. Still, I scheduled an appointment with them after nearly 2 weeks of back and forth saying they were busy and would have to get back to me. Install day came and they never showed. They never called and they never responded to my calls or texts. Most unprofessional business people I have dealt with in a long time. If you need a Tesla wall charger installed try to do it yourself. The cost of parts was about 10% of the quote they gave me to do a job that only took 2 hours. They'll try to rip you off, or like in my case, waste your time and never do the job you hired them to do.
