1 month agoIm reviewing their rug-cleaning service ONLY: they delivered the large rug to me FOLDED Oriental rugs should always be ROLLED. I had to take it elsewhere to have it wet and dried and ROLLED to try and remove the creases. They should know better!! IYKYK -
