He cleaned our family room carpet and my mom's recliner for her upcoming visit. Chase was incredibly thorough with both. He's approachable, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. 3 months agoSorry for the long post but you should contact Chase's company JDog. He runs a very reputable operation and does quality work. I'd recommend him to anyone. We have hardwood floors with rugs in heavy traffic areas that soil frequently. We reached out to Chase and received a prompt reply and quote via text - was very easy to price and set a schedule. Chase also cleans tile. We added a thorough cleaning and sealing of our shower to the quote. He completed all the work in a single afternoon with the exception of one rug that was stubbornly dirty from outside traffic. The rest of the rugs look like new and the shower was amazing! He took time to hand brush sealer on all grout surfaces. Chase thought he could work on the one stubborn rug better if he took it to his shop. He committed to having it back in three days and did meet the schedule, however he was unable to get to the level of clean we wanted. He's good for his word - he apologized and removed the cleaning of the rug from our bill. We will be using JDog for our regular maintenance going forward. Thanks Chase!
