He has done an amazing job on our living room carpet, with 3 messy kids and a dog it has seriously never looked better. 7 months agoDealing with this business has been an agonizing experience in every category I can think of and others still waiting to be made . When it comes to chimney cleaning services they're not certified inspectors and will not keep their word on services they promised. They were late, did not adhere to pandemic safety standards, were rude, charged higher fees at the last minute, and did a lousy job that left my house gross after using it. Technician was an 1.5 hours late without giving me any updates. Raphael came to my house, to which I asked him to wear booties over his shoes. He said he'll be in/out the house a lot so I compromised as long as it was limited to the chimney area. Later he wore his dirty shoes through my hallway and into the bathroom and demanded a bottled water to drink too. After asking about the quoted 280 over on the phone, he decides to charge an extra 100 cause my chimney was "really bad." ... if you're able to get the job done in 15 minutes all while letting the machine do its job while you walk away to fill out paperwork, I don't understand how that could be so strenuous on labor. He told me he's not a certified inspector, and he's not doing the video inspection. After he was gone, I called up the company to report his behavior to a manager, to which I spoke with Alex. He offered no compensation or discounts for all their shortcomings. He only said "I'll talk to him." I've never been so angry at a company or technician for so many reasons. They're the only company to make me feel angry at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Most of their "perfect" reviews are coming from 1-review people. It's either bots or fake accounts -
