1 month agoThe owner was great and accommodating but unfortunately the workers did not do a quality job installing our carpet. We told them before hand that our stairs are all different sizes and would need to be done one at a time or marked for the correct spot. The workers did not listen and took them all out and replaced them where they did not belong. This caused gaps in between the stair and wall, screws to fall out/ need replaced because they were jammed into the wrong spot and one of my stairs actually broke out of the wall when I walking down. We are going to need to fix the entire stair case. *Edit: Because I can not reply to the owners comment. I will be reaching out to Mr. Vargas with my receipts. Thank you. -

3 months agoCarpet Warehouse Outlet was fantastic when it came to getting carpet bought and installed on our stairs. At the store we found a carpet that we really liked that they had in stock. Al gave us a great price and was able to schedule the installation when we were available. The installation guy was wonderful; he was kind, detail oriented, and did work that he was proud of. Highly recommend using them! -

Al will be able to help you find the best possible carpet you need for your space, at prices that are hard to beat in no time. With just the measurements of my room, Al was able to find me a cut of carpet that fit my budget and taste, process my order, and have it cut and loaded into my car in less than an hour, with a ton of extra time for me to make it to work on time! They have a ton of different cuts of carpet to choose from in house. And if somehow they don't have what you're looking for, I'm sure they'll find something to fit your needs in their many swatch books of carpet they have available. 5 months agoWe were shopping for carpet for 3 bedrooms a hall way and 11 steps. After getting 3 different carpet estimates for the same carpet, we decided to stop in Carpet Warehouse Outlet. Al had the same carpet available as the other 3 competitors did. After, talking to Al he came to our house and measured the area we wanted carpeted. Al gave us the estimate and his estimate was almost 1,500.00 less than the other estimates for the same carpet ( Apples to Apples ). I did not tell Al what the other estimates were and who the companies were. Al then ordered the carpet and scheduled installation. The installation was perfect. The install crew was professional and experienced. -

8 months agoIdk why they deleted my review, but I'm sure it was along the lines of they bait and switched me on real carpet to cheap junk. Then offered to use a better carpet and when they came out didn't have enough. So half the carpet in my house doesn't match and now of course all of the cheaper carpeted areas are falling apart. The rooms with the better carpet I asked to have used in the whole house stayed fine. Really sad a few years later 3/4 of the carpet in the house will need to be replaced.
