3 weeks agoK-carpet installed our carpet 34 years ago. We recently returned to have the entire house re-carpeted Duke was very helpful in assisting us to select carpet. Installation was a 2 day process and went very smooth. The work was professional and they assisted us in moving heavy furniture. We are glad we returned to K-Carpet. -

2 years agoNo organization or just terrible customer service. I have used them multiple times now and will not use them again. I can't get a call back, I can never get a clear answer on scheduling. Feel like I'm being lied to just to make me leave them alone. I am a customer, pay a good amount of money for service, and I can longer be patient. They clearly don't care. O and if you care about cleanliness, they don't put booties on or take of their shoes when walking around on your new carpet. I got a stain once from that. No apology -
