1 year agoI was scheduled to have my hardwood floors done by another company who did not show and when I finally got a hold of the guy I was told he didn't have time. At 6:00 pm on a Wednesday I call Alpine Flooring fully expecting to get voice mail. Brian answered. I explained the situation our house was completely empty of furniture along with the refrigerator and stove ready to be refinished. Brian said he had a job in the morning but could swing by in the afternoon to take a look. He was able to move his schedule around and started the job a week later. Brian and Mario did an awesome job. Brian communicated with me every morning to let me know when he would arrive and what was expected that day. Great customer service and a beautiful floor -

11 years agoUsed this company to refinish my hardwood floors. They did a nice job on the floors but did $850 damage to my dining room table in the process. The owner (Robert Jones) admitted fault and took full responsibility for causing the damage and began the repair himself by sanding a large bare patch in the middle of the table. then...nothing! Since that time he has never returned nor has he responded to repeated telephone calls, texts and emails. I took him to small claims court 2 weeks ago and he lost the case and a judgement was entered in my favor. He still has not paid and has ignored the court order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!!
