2 months agoCannot say enough fabulous things! Working with Yvonne and getting all future project guidance and materials here! My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was.....basic at best and tacky at worst. There was no design support, we were overwhelmed and lost. But coming to ProSource and working with one of their sales associates Yvonne, we couldn't be happier! She helped direct our vision to a new level, she helped consult to keep us in budget but elevate this project from something we were dreading to something we can't wait to see executed! -

8 months agoI spent thousands of dollars on materials for my home renovation. The flooring that was installed in my basement by a qualified professional does not adhere to the floor. I contacted Prosource, who referred me to MSI (their supplier). They sent a person to examine the installation. Months went by, and I did not receive any information. I contacted Alex, and he told me he would send a copy of the report that day. He didn't. I let another week go by, and contacted him again. He told me he would send the report today. Once again.... nothing. I am starting on another round of renovations, and I will not allow my contractor to use Prosource. If it costs more somewhere else , it's worth it to get a decent level of service and follow-up. -

After a google search, we dropped into ProSource on a Saturday and were welcomed in, even though we weren't sent by our contractor. We got hooked up with Rachel and could not have been happier. She made the overwhelming task of picking out tile, grout and countertops easy. The communication was fantastic and everything came in on the promised time line. Plus, Rachel is just a really nice, nice person. You won't be disappointed. -
