7 months ago:: TL:DR - If you are considering Just Right, just don't. If you do, frustrations galore and lack of follow-through likely awaits you. :: SO much I could say, but Google limits the length of the review! (Can see the full detail on Yelp) Lack of integrity. Lack of communication. Had to pay for the job upfront --- should have recognized this red flag. Communication started out strong, but finished poorly. After the "wheels started falling off the bus", Chase stopped answering calls and only responded to occasional texts. Was told carpets would be clean on a Thursday --- due to various issues on the part of Just Right, this turned into Monday afternoon. (Despite being assured that Chase would be at the house on Monday a.m.) Chase/Just Right acknowledged the frustrations and stated that I would be getting at least a partial refund --- I've never seen that check. All that said, the carpets were finally done. I'm not sure they were as good as they could've been, but they're 30 years old, so I wasn't expecting miracles. UPDATE to Owner: Chase absolutely has my contact information. AFTER the job was complete, I reached out to him via text and tried calling at least twice (left a voicemail at least one of those times) and NEVER got a text reply or a call back. You have my number, I'm done using my time to contact you. You have my info. If you want to contact me, you know where to reach me -- call, text, even email (because that's where you sent the invoice). -

1 year agoJust Right cleaned our carpets yesterday, 3 bedrooms and basement. We recently lost one of our dogs whose last few months were rough, she suffered from a back injury that left her with bathroom issues, while we tried different treatments, we spent around 3 months spot cleaning our carpets daily but this only does so much and they were in need of a deep clean. Let me start off with how compassionate Just Right was when they scheduled my appointment and letting me know their sorrows for our loss. There was zero judgement and I know some people fear this. Just pure professionalism. They were prompt to schedule our appointment and on the day of our scheduled cleaning they were here at the agreed upon scheduled time. I know I hate waiting around for people to show up and their promptness was much appreciated. I showed them the areas to clean and they got to work quickly and finished within about an hour and a half. Just Right did a fantastic job. My carpets look brand new. If you are getting your spring clean on or just need a good deep carpet clean, I 100% recommend Just Right to get your carpets fresh and clean! The picture is of one of my kids rooms. It was filled with stains from a messy kid and the entryway was filled with spots. Looks so amazing now! -
