14 years agoI have had them clean for me in several different ways on many occasions. The lady who took my calls and gave me my estimates was very nice and helpful. The technicians called before coming and always arrived promptly at the time I scheduled them. They were clean cut, very pleasant and dressed in company clothing. They went right to work. The spots from the dogs are completely clean and no longer have an odor. I had them treat my new furniture with fabric protector and I must say it really works great. The whole process was fast and they were very thorough even moving my desk and smaller dressers to clean the whole carpet. ( I expected them to clean around those pieces of furniture ) My carpets dried quickly and looked amazing, especially my filthy car which looked almost new. I am extremely pleased with the work done and the way it was done. The technicians were very professional. I only use Chem Dry To clean my carpets and would give them a triple A rating.
