The whole project (built-in wet bar removal) was handled in a timely manner with expert precision and cleanliness. I will certainly call them again as needed, and I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects. -

I understand that they only do full-remodels now, but did she have to cut me off when I was explaining the scope of work and use a condescending tone. When I do need a full remodel I won't bother to be patronized by your receptionist. -

9 years agoGold Hammer was recommended to me by a former colleague, and it was indeed an outstanding recommendation. From the moment I met Dave it was obvious that I would be dealing with experienced, competent people. I probably drove Dave a little crazy changing my mind on things before we began, but he was as patient as could be with me. From the moment our project foreman Quinn walked in the door, we felt comfortable having the crew in our house. They were friendly, respectful, helpful, and very, very skilled. The subcontractors that Gold Hammer uses were also top notch. I have always heard two things about remodels: one, that the project always takes longer than expected, and two, that the contractor will never return a call after you pay them. Let me assure you that this is absolutely not the case here. Dave said my kitchen remodel would take six weeks, and they finished six weeks to the day afterwards! And when I called weeks later about one little detail, Quinn was out here in just a few days to take care of it. I have deliberately waited several months since completion before posting this review because I wanted to make sure I still felt as positively as I did when Quinn packed up and left us, and I do. When it is time to do my next remodel, I will definitely call Gold Hammer again. -

We remodeled our kitchen and were introduced to Gold Hammer Construction through Ken Ryan ...Kitchens By Ken Ryan. Dave and our project leader Michael made the difficult process seamless and were absolute professionals. They hit all their promised deadlines and when issues came up they were immediately addressed. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done.
