5 months agoTerrible experience! Overcharged, and overestimated material. In particular, self leveler and LVP. They wouldn't take back the extra eighteen 50lb bags, and 3 boxes of LVP, leaving me stuck with extra material taking up space in my garage. Self leveler is $30 a bag, they charged me $50 a bag for 45 bags, and won't consider taking back the left over 18 bags! I'm loosing money, and delayed my move in to my new home because I can't sell it. Collin was rude to my contractor who was trying to work with him to return the extra material that your company over sold to me. I trusted this company to do right by me, and in the end, after he was paid his commission, they were done with me. So disappointed in this flooring company. I was never offered a restocking fee. If I would of been offered a restocking fee, I would of been happy, and this post would of been different. The fact remains that they charged me $50. Per bag. The scope of work was changed before the order. For reference, the only thing that was changed were three small closets which would of taken minimal self leveler. Additionally, I paid $500 for delivery, and my contractor ended up unloading the truck because their delivery guys were out of breath. I made Collin aware, and was not offered anything in return. He plainly stated, that they will not take any of it back. I'm sorry for this poor review, but I'm still stuck with 18 bags of self leveler. -

They were accommodating to schedule with, trustworthy (I left them in my house for the majority of the day), and the final product was beyond our expectations. They were efficient and clean as well. 100% recommend! -

10 months agoI had my stairs, hallway and three bedrooms carpeted. The entire procedure was easy to navigate and Jamie's advice and knowledge about carpet and installation was very important to me. The installers were very good and my new carpet looks wonderful.
