Grade A Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. The owners, Leslie and Aaron, were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly flexible with our installation schedule. Their communication was excellent, and their knowledge and guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. 2 years agoMy apartment was transformed from an ugly duckling into a swan. My wooden floors look so beautiful now. All the scratches are gone and the finish makes them look lighter and more attractive. They also painted my entire apartment so now everything looks fresh and clean. They managed to do all of this with everything still in my apartment. They moved things from one side of the room to the other. It was a lot of work but they did it in less time than they said it would take. Thank you Grade A Flooring for doing an amazing job!! -

3 years agoAaron is friendly WHEN you could reach him. Hard to connect with. Not so good experience while building. Shower floor didn't come in, found out AS THEY WERE AT THE HOUSE INSTALLING IT had to rush and pick another THE DAY they were putting it in. With the million other things going on during building the floor didn't match because I had to make a hasty decision without seeing the other tiles to match it and now I have to live with a shower I hate every day. On top of that they did not protect my bedroom flooring while using it to cut tile for the bathroom therefore left scratches on the bedroom floor. Forget service after sale. Rarely returns calls.
