3 weeks agoHighly recommend United Carpet! We wanted to put a runner on our stairs but had no idea where to start. From the moment I walked in to the store to yesterday's installation, it couldn't have been a better experience. I'm sorry I don't know the gentleman's name who first greeted and helped guide me to their remnants area. He talked through my options, answered questions and let me browse their large and varied selection. Took very little time to find what I wanted, and then Christy walked me through next steps - answered questions, gave advice and came to measure the area, twice! (My bad for not having her measure the upstairs hallway the first time to see if they had enough remnant to replace it.) Unfortunately, they didn't but we ended up having them install wall-to-wall carpet on the steps and landings instead of the runner. Glad we did - Jason did a fantastic job yesterday and we couldn't be happier! We have a 14+ year old dog and, after we have many more years with him, we'll have United Carpet back out to replace all of our upstairs carpeting. So happy to support a stellar locally owned business! -
