2 weeks agoWhile the quality of the vinyl flooring is beautiful and I love the way it looks in our kitchen, the actual quality of work left a lot to be desired. We had our kitchen flooring done just under a year ago and I see these little things constantly. Once the work was completed I let the person I spoke with on the phone know that they did not nail down all of the shoe molding. The installer came back to fix it and still missed pieces. I asked if he could use longer peices as well because there were a lot of smaller ones used that did not line up well and was told no, though there are longer pieces elsewhere in the space. As time goes on, the bad cuts that were made where there is no shoe molding is something we notice constantly. I reached out to the company to let them know we were not overly satisfied with the work that went into our project, but we never heard back. Our kitchen/dining area is large, but not a complicated space. This was just a disappointment from a company we expected more from. -
