1 month agoOrdered a Westpac 6 inch detailing tool. It did not come as pictured and came with the Jets clogged. Also never received one hook that I ordered. I have called and left multiple messages, sent multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me. Terrible customer service,incomplete order and now I'm stuck with the tool that I can't use. I know everyone shorthanded. But at least a phone call or email could be given since it's been since March 27, 2025. I'll happily change this review if I can get someone to contact me and provide some customer service. UPDATE: I did finally receive an email and was reimbursed for the upholstery tool after it was sent back. It's one thing to make a mistake. It's another to fix it. Thus I have changed my review from a one star to a five star. -
