5 months agoBased on all the reviews, I had high hopes for this company and really wanted to give a good review. However, I was disappointed. I reached out to Austin to come out and repair a fence, it wasn't even a big job. At first he was very responsive and then completely ghosted me. If you were too busy and couldn't take on the job, that's fine. But at least have the common courtesy to respond back and tell me so I could move forward with someone else instead of waiting around. I ended up working with Phoenix fencing and would highly recommend them instead. -
