1 year agoBE CAREFUL with MANUEL and your CREDIT CARD!! The first time I used the services of this company, it went well, Victor is an excellent electrician. However, a couple of weeks ago, I requested Victor's services again for a second similar work at our home. Victor did great job but unfortunately, the way that Manuel handled the coordination and payment was very dishonest and disappointed. We do not know Manuel's position in this company, but we were contacted by Manuel to coordinate the electrician's visit and received our payment from our credit card info over the phone. Manuel sent us an invoice for this new similar job but with higher prices. We contacted Manuel and he made the excuse that the reason for the price increase is because our house is made of concrete. However, they already had this information on record because the first time the electrician came to our house month ago, before doing the first job, he personally evaluated the house to make the first estimate. That is, they already had it in records that the house is made of concrete. Si we received a new version of the invoice with a "discount" to match the estimate of the first job but as Manuel charged 2 times to our credit card (additionally of the first deposit) one charge for a more amount that what the invoice showed and second amount for the correct amount. I contacted Manuel several times and got his text messages saying that we would receive the charge back. At the beginning he excused himself saying that he has been working in this company for many years and everyone knows his honesty. We waited more than 1 week for the charge back, but Manuel stopped replying our messages so we had to contact our credit card company to take care of this. 4 days ago (after 2 weeks this happened), we received a new email from a lady, Carolina - dispatch of this company, informing that we will receive a credit. Due to the dishonesty of Manuel, we had to change our credit card, report this company and search for another company. We will more careful next time. From our point of view, Manuel thought that we would not check our credit card statement since he knew that we would give birth to our newborn on that week and Manuel took advantage of this. -

3 years agoEvery interaction from start to finish was handled in the simplest, most straight forward way possible. What was working was given an okay; malfunction was flushed out and found to be a missing wire that was quickly supplied. I loved the FaceTime estimate with my soon to be technician.
