1 week agoDifficult every step of the way. We were told that the benefit of Empire was that they do everything in house as a one stop shop. We received the incorrect flooring 3 times and luckily the contractors called it out to us. We finally got the beautiful flooring we planned but it took a month longer than expected and we were living in a home filled with our things everywhere, even during a party hosted on our messy home, despite the disarray. We were aiming for a finish well before. -
