3 months agoI read the reviews and after calling alot of places with horrible customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Jim answered and didnt talk to me like a robot. He is a great person and treated me like a valuable customer. Stopped by after work walked around wirh Jim picked a carpet. Paid for my carpet and install will be done before the weekend. This process was so easy it almost seems unreal. Is their customer just that great or are other companies just horrible. Jim i truly thank you so much you made my day. Will 100% spread the word about this place.
