4 years agoWe contacted this place because they were recommended by a remodeling company. They came to do the estimate and after a few weeks "repair " the wood floor that was scratched. The job was poorly done. It seems that the man who came used another type of stain. It looks like he used gloss and now the piece that he fixed shines only in certain areas. He did a poor job sanding the wood and in other parts of the wood floor, he left a different color on the wood as if there were water stains. My husband called him to come back to fix the problem and he told my husband that he was coming the next day and he never did, nor did he called to rearrange another visit. I called the company and they told me that the repair man was coming Tuesday, May 25th, 2021. I never received a call from the assistant manager to inform me of this, nor did I get a call from any of their repair personnel. If I don't call back at 4:45 pm I will have never known that they will be coming to my house. Someone on their end is lying and it is not right to do something like this since we have paid in full. I don't know if they are experts doing other things but with us they have been very unprofessional. I wish I could display pictures of the terrible job he did but this site doesn't allowed it. Be aware, please. -

4 years agoI used All American Floors at the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be happier with our new carpet! Bonnie came to the house with carpet samples and we went into the different rooms with the samples to see which ones worked best. When the installers came they were friendly, professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. After the install of the carpet, I decided to cover the tile in the basement due to the cold down there. They installed a pad with moisture barrier on both sides and an extra thick pad. The difference is phenomenal! I would HIGHLY recommend All American Flooring for any of your flooring needs!! -

Tony, who owns the company with his family, was receptive to requests and easy to work with. The crew that installed, were professional, diligent workers, efficient and completed the job quickly. I have no reservation in recommending this company to install your floors!
