2 months agoI have been a homeowner for nearly 50 years. I have used many carpet cleaning services spread across three cities where I have lived. Candi and Pete of Restore Carpet Care are absolutely, positively, without question THE BEST WE HAVE EVR USED. We had two elderly dogs, now deceased, who lost all control of their bowels and bladders before they died. Our supposed Stainmaster carpet was thoroughly, seemingly indelibly, stained. Those embarrassing, most unsightly stains had been treated by two other carpet cleaning firms, each of which were touted as "the best" in Tallahassee. Neither of them ever removed all the stains, both saying they couldn't be eradicated. After Restore's excellent service, ALL the stains are GONE. Pete warned us that the stains could reappear in a few months -- something we had been told before -- but they could be removed or, at least, hidden again. The hard-working couple happily surveyed our needs before they sent us their very reasonable proposal, arrived to clean at exactly the time they said they would, took extreme care not to soil or damage anything in our house by putting down rugs, impeccably clean of course, on the paths they would use to get into our bathroom and living room. They also did something I have never seen; they put large vinyl covers over the corners of walls where their hoses might mar as they pulled them around during the cleanings. The carpet looks marvelously unstained, the tile and grout look brand new and the grout was meticulously sealed to keep it looking good longer. They were very personable yet professional. In fact they made ALL the other services we have used look like amateurs. If you need your floors, the foundations of your decor, to look brand new again you MUST TRUST Restore Carpet Care. I give you my word, THEY ARE THE BEST! -

3 months agoRestore carpet came today to clean my white couch and chair. The pups had left lines on the skirts due to leaning. I never thought I would see new condition again. Through the miracles of great care, knowledge of fabrics and competence, my furniture looks like new. Thank you to people who know the right stuff!!
