1 year agoWe were facing 8 weeks of construction while our apartment was being outfitted with sprinklers. We decided to have our carpets cleaned and stored offsite for the duration. Shmuli to the rescue! He and his colleague were phenomenal. They picked up our 4 carpets the day we asked them too and were prepared to return as soon as we were cleaned up and ready. They were gracious in helping us move furniture, roll the carpets out and make sure they were placed properly in each room. And the carpets look fantastic following the cleaning. While all this might appear normal, when searching for a cleaner I found several companies say they would not move furniture and others say they would not store our carpets for even a week. In the process, I discovered Rugsies' affiliate Sudsies in the process and now use them regularly for our dry cleaning. Also excellent service and cleaning! -
