1 year agoSadly I used them for my last house and everything went well. But on my new house I set up a quote and drove an hour to my new home that's being built. He never showed up and went radio silent. Guess I will have to find a new fencing company. I have messaged him for days to no response. Get it together Rico this is not at all what I would have expected. -

1 year agoI truly hope this review can save people from what I'm currently dealing with. On April 9th, I paid a $1602 deposit for a fence based on the invoice and quote sent to me by Rico Persaud. After a couple of weeks of no contact, I started to check in and ask about scheduling installation. Each time, he gave me an excuse, then said he would make sure to get it done "this week" or "tomorrow." After two months of no-shows on his promised installation dates, I called the HOA in my community to see if they had any information. Rico had not even submitted anything for them to approve. I gave him one more chance because he said he would get it done. Again, no show. Finally, I asked for a refund of my deposit on June 18th. Since then, Rico has twice promised to send my deposit back but has not done so. He has not responded to my calls, texts, or emails since June 24th. I have spent hours attempting to get a simple refund and so far it has been unsuccessful. It is disappointing to experience this level of service. I am considering further action to resolve this matter. -
