1 month agoKenerator appears to have bought and cannibalized the dealer that installed my Generac, whom I was happy with and they were easy to reach. Now, when I call the same number, I am forwarded to Kenerator, and after waiting 10+ minutes on hold just to get an operator, I gave up. Just for having dialed the number, I now get harassed with their texting service updates. They couldn't answer the phone but they sure made certain to capture my number to send me spam. 0% chance I continue with them for my maintenance needs. -

1 month agoDid not call did not show up very poor communication but they know how to get in touch when they want money please do not waste your time on this unreliable company I wish I could give them no stars very unprofessional did not service the generator will be looking for another company more reliable not this one -

8 months agoThese guys are the best! My generator failed my biweekly maintenance run and I couldn't figure out the reason. I had replaced my battery, but apparently there was an issue with the battery cables that prevented sufficient power from starting the motor. These guys were dispatched to my home within a day and quickly resolved the problem with a great attitude. I wish there were more service oriented companies like these guys. Thank you!
