1 year agoAnother electrician confirmed Focal electric hadn't done what they were supposed to do at my house. Focal electric didn't come back to my house until I threatened to get a lawyer. He finally came and we went through a checklist of what they actually did and didn't do and he reimbursed me. There is a reason they'll be the lowest quote you get. Trust me. It's better to pay someone to do it correctly the first time. -

3 years agoTo all those considering using Focal Electric. Run far away from this company as they are unable to manage their business, don't follow through with what they say they will, invoice for work that was never completed, and are extremely poor at communicating with their customers. They have delayed my home completion by months due to dragging out the electrical trim and have been unable to provide a date by which they will be done. Horrible company to work with. -

3 years agoI do not recommend Focal Electric. They do not communicate well and do not show up when they say they will. I had to find another electrician to complete the project that Focal Electric had started in our home.
